SPIRITUAL BOOST

Now this week was a spiritual BOOST! We had Easter, zone conference, exchanges, and general conference!!!! So basically the best week ever! Friday-Saturday: BACK TO MIRACLE LAND - I got to go on exchanges with the one and only Sister Weight! Let's just say I had the time of my life with her! She is such a great example of Christlike love and positivity to me! - Of course we have to have some exchange stories! While street contacting these are some of the responses we got: • I'm a witch love. • I'm not qualified to bash you, but I'm going to try my best. • Oh I love your church. I was baptized in Spain. [Invites him to church] No. - But we did have a little finding miracle! We stopped to talk to this lady named Emily! When we stopped her she said, "Yeah! I have always been curious about religion!" It kind of took me back! It was like she was waiting for us to talk to her! So we talked to her a bit and got her number! Hopefully the Sisters will be able to talk with her soon! - I seriously got to see most of the ward! Now that is a miracle! These members have made some of the biggest impacts on my life! It was so funny seeing all of them do a double take haha! Love them! Saturday-Sunday: GENERAL CONFERENCE - I cannot tell you how much I love General Conference! Especially this General Conference! What a blessing we have to hear from our Prophet Russell M Nelson, the Apostles, and other inspired men and women of the church! - We got to watch a session with the Buckley family! They are definitely one of my favorite families here! While watching GC, the boys of the family were watching the end of a football (soccer) game. So sometimes we would hear a little swear here and there. Sister Buckley would say to them, "Flipping heck mate! They are losing because you're supposed to be watching this!" It was hilarious! Love them! - But I really loved this GC because I came into it with a question. The night before I prayed to my Heavenly Father to know how I can best prepare to go to the temple next month... I think I got my answer haha! I am pretty sure (don't quote me) that every single talk mentioned the temple! I know that those messages were said for me! And I know that there were messages said for everyone who listened! I love you all and remember that Jesus loves you too!
