KILL COUNT 3

Yup! Our trio is back to two! I get to stay in the Forest with Sister Sanderson for another transfer! Let's go!!! Monday: POWER OF PRAYER - We had a lesson with our friend Mike again! Mike is so cool and probably the most energetic middle aged English man I have ever met haha! We taught him about the power and importance of prayer! Mike is very new to faith and it was so refreshing to see his excitement about it! He is so excited about finding out for himself if God is real! - I am so grateful for the gift of prayer! My mission president challenged us to say a verbal personal prayer last transfer. I haven’t said a personal prayer out loud since I was a kid haha! So I took on the challenge! Man! It was probably one of the most spiritual experiences of my whole mission! Last transfer I was really struggling, so I decided to open up to my Heavenly Father. Immediately when I started my prayer, I felt this overwhelming feeling of love and comfort! I just started crying and I felt so much relief! So I'm going to challenge all of you to do the same! Tuesday: SHAWARMA CITY - We took Sister Parkinson to Bristol and conveniently we drove through a city called Newport! In Newport there is this restaurant that EVERY. SINGLE. ELDER. fangirls over called Shawarma City. So of course Sister Sanderson and I had to check it out! Not really sure what Shawarma is... but now I'm a fan! It was so stinking good! Saturday: ART SHOWS - Sister Sanderson and I were tracting (the usual start to an interesting story haha) and this one lady named Tracy answered the door! She said that she wasn't interested, but she was having an art showing in her house! So Tracy invited us in to see her paintings! They were GORGEOUS! We got to talking and Tracy asked us a lot about the church and Jesus! Tracy said she loves our church because they built a well in her home country, Zimbabwe! It was a really cool conversation and now we have her number! Let's go! Hope y'all have a great week! Love ya and Jesus Loves you too!

  Hey Ya'll! My Pdays are now on Saturdays because I'm in the office! I'm also becoming quite the expert when it comes to the crutches haha! Driving on the Wrong Side of the Road!

Hey everyone! Hope you are all doing well! This week was awesome!!! I started driving here in England last week! It's definitely an adjustment to drive on the left side! But! I can say with confidence that I have seen the Lord's hand in my life everyday... cause there's no way I would still be alive without Him...haha! People here drive crazy! I still don't understand, but I'll get there!!! Sunday: EASTER! - I loved spending Easter as a missionary! Just having my whole life focused on Jesus Christ made it so amazing! I got to sing a musical number with Elder Little and Elder Jaccod while Sister Jorgensen played the piano and Elder Hansen played the cello! It was awesome! All the cute British grandmas were crying haha! - I got to reflect a lot on why I believe in Christ. YAY! I'M NOT A FAILURE!

Hey everyone! Guess what! I get to stay in the blessed land of Swindon for at least another 6 weeks! Woot woot! Tuesday: GOD & SCIENCE - We got to teach Jemima again and help her prep for her baptism! (Never had a baptism before... please send advice haha!) - We taught her about the Word of Wisdom and the Law of Chastity with an amazing member, Emma! The lesson was so cool! When we were teaching Jemima everything, she was so on board! Jemima studied Biology and was telling us how all the principles about the WoW and the LoC was backed by science! And Emma also studied science and mental health so Jemima and Emma were just bouncing off of one another! It was so cool! Wednesday: PRIESTHOOD POWER - I had my theory (written) test for my UK drivers license this week and I was beyond nervous. This would be my 3rd time taking it (yes, I know 3rd time) and I really need to pass it. I had studied so hard and prayed for the last 2 times but failed by 1 question. Test taking has never been ...
