I'M A MUM!!!

Hey everyone! Great news! I'm still in the miracle land of Cheltenham! And guess what!!! I'm training! So I'm officially a missionary mum! I'll get into that later! Tuesday: WHAT DOES JOHN 3:5 MEAN? - We made another friend this week! Her name is Esther! (Yes we are teaching 2 Esthers haha) She wants to be more firm in her faith in Jesus and know God more! We had our first lesson and we taught her about connecting with God through going to church, praying, and reading the scriptures! (CPR!) - We were about to end our lesson, but then Esther asked if she could ask us something. She asked us what John 3:5 means. "Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." So we were able to teach her about baptism in her first lesson! It was awesome! Friday: MOTHERHOOD HAS BEGUN - We got to travel down to Bristol so I could pick up my new trainee! I am so beyond excited to train! My trainee is Sister Weight! She is from Pleasant Grove Utah and is just about the coolest and sweetest person ever! We already get along so well! I know that this is going to be a fantastic transfer! She is so excited to be here and is ready to work! Let's go! Saturday: FIREHOSE OF MIRACLES - For Sister Weights first day... I definitely gave her the firehose and threw her into the deep end... We had 4 lessons to teach and every type of finding. OH. MY. GOODNESS. I have the BEST trainee! She just jumped in and did it! Sister Weight is a natural at missionary work! She is already so good at talking to people on the street, at their doors, and teaching! I feel so blessed to be her trainer! - There was one amazing miracle that happened on Sister Weight's first day! Idk but this girl is bringing miracles! I have only been let into people's homes during tracting 4 times in the past 10 months. On Sister Weight's first day we got let in! During daily planning I asked Sister Weight to choose a street to go tracting on. We went there in the dumping rain (she doesn't have a proper raincoat yet) and no one was really talking to us, but they were being kind tho! We knocked on this one door and 2 girls looked out the window and got so happy! As soon as I saw them I knew that we would be teaching them. One girl opened the door and I asked if they would like to hear a message about God's Plan for us. They said yes and let us in! The mom (Pela) was so excited to see us too! Turns out that they have family in Zimbabwe who are members! We taught her and her 3 daughters (Kirsten, Elaine, and Aubrey) about the Plan of Salvation! The spirit was so strong and it was such a good discussion with them! And Sister Weight was just teaching and testifying like she has been here for months! I just love her! At the end of the lesson, Kirsten asked if she could share something with us. She said that yesterday she was praying and asked God to show her if He was there and to show her if He loved her. Then we showed up the next day! Kirsten said that she knows that God sent us to them and that it was not a coincidence that we knocked on their door. I was in tears. I am so grateful for this experience that we all shared! We will be going back this week to teach them more! I just want to share with y'all that I know that God is there for us and that He loves us beyond what we can imagine! He will put us in places that we need to be and with people that we need to be with! I love you all so much and remember that Jesus loves you too!
