 What is up you guys! Can't believe that another week has passed! Time flies!


Saturday: Pday
I got to walk around Chorley and find the cutest book store and bakery! Sadly everything was closed for New Year's, but it was still an adventure! Everything here is so green! Its like no one told the grass and plants that it's winter! 
The food here is weird guys. Somethings are really good! But other things feel like I'm eating nothing cause there is no flavor haha! We had mashed potatoes for dinner and of course I added salt and pepper like a normal person... Elder Blackband (from England) looked at me like I just murdered someone. "You Salt and Pepper your mash?!?! You Americans."

Sunday: New Year's
It was fast Sunday, so testimony meeting. People have to bare their testimony in their mission language and then have someone translate it to English. It was so cool! You can feel the spirit in any language!

Monday:
We finally played volleyball!! I received the nickname from the Elders: SISTER SPIKER! Felt pretty cool haha! 
Sister Davis also had a practice lesson and lots just say we killed it! We have such a good connection and we work so well together! I love her so much!

Tuesday: 
Sister Spiker was back at volleyball again! 
At lunch I finally got the Elders to try fry sauce! And we might have some American converts over here haha!

Wednesday:
Tried Banana milk... 0/10 
Sister Spiker killed it again
Elder Calvacante gave a really good devotional about how much our Heavenly Father loves us. And it is so true guys! 
There was a sing off of the national anthems... that was interesting for sure...

Thursday:
I was studying Lehi's dream during personal study (I fell asleep) and one of my favorite Sisters came and scared me awake... I accidentally punched her in the arm... I felt so bad! 
We had an Elders vs Sister volleyball game! Yeah the sisters got destroyed... but it was so much fun! We then we split the teams. I was team captain and my team KILLED it! Sister Spiker at it again!
Classes have been good as always! I'm learning so much everyday! I love it here!

Friday: Pday
I got to go to the temple with my zone and it was so good! Seriously love them all!!! I'm going to miss them so much! 
I'll write more about today next week!

Ya'll the gospel is so true! I invite everyone to pray to our Heavenly Father and ask Him if the gospel is true and how you can be an instrument in His hands. Also if you get a prompting to reach out to someone do not ignore it!!

  Hey Ya'll! My Pdays are now on Saturdays because I'm in the office! I'm also becoming quite the expert when it comes to the crutches haha! Driving on the Wrong Side of the Road!

Hey everyone! Hope you are all doing well! This week was awesome!!! I started driving here in England last week! It's definitely an adjustment to drive on the left side! But! I can say with confidence that I have seen the Lord's hand in my life everyday... cause there's no way I would still be alive without Him...haha! People here drive crazy! I still don't understand, but I'll get there!!! Sunday: EASTER! - I loved spending Easter as a missionary! Just having my whole life focused on Jesus Christ made it so amazing! I got to sing a musical number with Elder Little and Elder Jaccod while Sister Jorgensen played the piano and Elder Hansen played the cello! It was awesome! All the cute British grandmas were crying haha! - I got to reflect a lot on why I believe in Christ. YAY! I'M NOT A FAILURE!

Hey everyone! Guess what! I get to stay in the blessed land of Swindon for at least another 6 weeks! Woot woot! Tuesday: GOD & SCIENCE - We got to teach Jemima again and help her prep for her baptism! (Never had a baptism before... please send advice haha!) - We taught her about the Word of Wisdom and the Law of Chastity with an amazing member, Emma! The lesson was so cool! When we were teaching Jemima everything, she was so on board! Jemima studied Biology and was telling us how all the principles about the WoW and the LoC was backed by science! And Emma also studied science and mental health so Jemima and Emma were just bouncing off of one another! It was so cool! Wednesday: PRIESTHOOD POWER - I had my theory (written) test for my UK drivers license this week and I was beyond nervous. This would be my 3rd time taking it (yes, I know 3rd time) and I really need to pass it. I had studied so hard and prayed for the last 2 times but failed by 1 question. Test taking has never been ...
