I DIDN'T GET MURDERED! #Blessings

What is up everybody!? Sorry if I scared anyone with the subject of my email... I honestly thought I was going to get murdered in the airport.

Traveling was honestly insane! My first flight was from Boise to Salt Lake, 1 hour 15 minutes. When I arrived in Salt Lake I was worried that I would have to run across the airport to get to my gate, but it was the next gate over! Blessing #1!
I then went to Smash Burger that was close to my gate and while I was trying to decide what to eat, a very nice couple started talking to me and bought me lunch! Blessing #2! They even sent a picture of me to my mom and let me talk to her! (I was travelling without a phone) Blessing #3!
And you guys will NEVER guess who I ran into! SISTER BONNIE CORDON!!!! President of the Young Women of the church! Surprisingly I was the only missionary around so I got to talk to her for a bit and take a picture with her! She is honestly one of the nicest people ever! Blessing #4!
My next flight was from Salt Lake to Paris, 10 hours. I did not sleep at all. The girl next to me was very nice, but she did not know what a missionary was or what we do, so I had a little missionary moment. She was from Colorado. Some of you are going to think I am so dumb... the girl who was sitting next to me was talking about how there are a lot of stoners in Colorado and how she is a stoner... I THOUGHT SHE MEANT COLLECTING ROCKS! NOPE! I realized that she meant getting high after she said that her and her mom loved to get stoned together... Kinda embarrassing. Also, I do not recommend airplane food.
When I arrived in Paris I was so lost! I was trying to read the sign and I could not find my gate! A nice man with a very heavy accent helped me find it on the screen. Then I could not figure out where to go cause the airport was HUGE. The man told me to follow him and at first I was like, no way. You could totally murder me or kidnap me. Ain't no way. But then I said a little prayer of what I should do. The spirit told me to follow him so I did. He took me to a train that took me to where my gate was going to be. I was so grateful for him! I would not have been able to find anything without him! Blessing #5! I had to go through security again in Paris and it was crazy! Very unorganized and everyone yelling in French... I don't speak French. The people checking my bags were kind of rude and dumped out everything in my very organized backpack, so that was a little annoying. But it was ok. I made it to my gate right on time! 1 1/2 hours. And I ran into some Elders who were going to the England MTC! Blessing #6!
When I finally got to Manchester I waited for my bags for FOREVER! I thought I lost my luggage! Then just said a little prayer and they showed up! Blessing #7! I met up with some more Elders from New Zealand and they are so cool and so friendly! One of them plays rugby! We all got on a 50 seat bus, or as they call it here, a coach, for just 8 of us! It was a party!
When we got to the MTC everyone ran out to greet us which was so nice, but I just looked TERRIBLE! No one remembers first impressions right? Everyone is so happy here and my MTC president and wife are just amazing! Love them! I finally got to meet Sister Davis in person! The first thing she said to me was,"Whoa! Sister Hope I had no idea that you were this tall!" I just love her! And yes she is very short haha! Every sister here is! I kinda stand out, but it's all good! I met the rest of my district and they are so amazing and so cool! We all get along so well! But my besties would have to be Sister Davis, Sister Evans, Elder Calvacante, Elder Smith, and Elder Blackband. So grateful that we all get along so well! Blessing #8!
To be honest I have been so jet lagged that I really don't remember what happened in any of my classes or devotionals haha! But I know I felt the spirit!
Embarrassing story~
This morning I woke up to my alarm and I went to turn it off and it wouldn't turn off! I looked at the time and it was midnight! I was so confused and I realized it was my clock/speaker that was playing music and I couldn't figure out how to make it stop! So I just turned it off. I felt so bad for my roommates, but they all thought it was so funny! Thank goodness! Blessing #9!
We've been able to walk to the temple a couple of times and it is gorgeous! It looks like a castle! Today for Pday we are going to do a session! So excited! Blessing #10! Pday is half today and half tomorrow cause of New Year's.
It's been a party!
Love you all so much and Jesus loves you too!
