Death By Vaseline...

 What is up everybody? Bristol has been amazing! I absolutely love my companions Sister Burggraaf and Sister Jorgensen!

Some cool stories this week...

Saturday: Conquered my fear of Fish and Chips!
- Sister Burggraaf, Sister Jorgensen and I went to Weston for a baptism for someone they taught! It was so cool! Her name is Shyanne and her baptism was beautiful! She even gave her testimony and did a musical number with her cello!
- In Weston there is a famous Fish and Chips place that we went to... I do not like fish... But! I gave it a try and it was pretty good!

Sunday: Basically an Influencer...
- As the Social Media team, we create ads that pop up on people's Facebook feeds! Usually we get around 2-3 people who contact us who are interested in learning about the church a day. We have had 26 people contact us in the past 4 days... THAT'S CRAZY!
- As a DFTC Sister, I also help make posts on our mission's Facebook page (Consider Christ)! It is so fun!

Monday: Facebook Miracles!!!
- I was sending some messages out on Facebook and a lady named Lucy responded! Throughout our conversation I asked her how she's seen God's hand in her life and she said that He guides and protects her. I then shared with her one way God guides us, and that is through a living prophet! Our mission created our own video of the Restoration, and I also shared that with Lucy. She loved it! Before I could even ask her any questions, Lucy ordered herself a Book of Mormon and set up her own lesson with the missionaries in her area! How cool is that?!?!

Wednesday: Our Friend Kira!
- I had my doctor's appointment for my knee! Sadly, I still have no idea what is "officially" wrong with my knee. The Church medical coordinator thinks I have a chip fracture and this doctor thinks I tore my meniscus... idk haha! I'll be having an MRI soon! In the end the doctor told me to try out not using the crutches and see how I feel! I'm at a point now where I will not use crutches until they know exactly what is wrong with me haha!
- I also got to tell the doctor a lot about the church so that was cool!
- We taught our friend Kira! She is so cool and loves the Book of Mormon! Kira is so spiritual and just wants to grow closer to God! This lesson she had so many good questions about prophets and the Holy Ghost! And she loves the idea about prophets! We think that she will be put on date for baptism soon! Yay!

Friday: Office Pranks... Elders VS Sisters...
- We put sticky notes on the bottom of the Elder's computer mouses so they wouldn't work... the Elders could not figure it out and restarted all of their computers haha!
- There is this stuffed rat that goes back and forth between the Elder's and the Sisters... I found it in the pocket of my coat haha! So we put it in the fridge... 
- We put Vaseline on the inside of the Elder's car door handles... so when they go to get in the car... their hands are COVERED in Vaseline haha! They kept on forgetting to wipe it off so they kept on getting Vaselined over and over again! The gift that keeps on giving! Got them so good!

  Hey Ya'll! My Pdays are now on Saturdays because I'm in the office! I'm also becoming quite the expert when it comes to the crutches haha! Driving on the Wrong Side of the Road!

Hey everyone! Hope you are all doing well! This week was awesome!!! I started driving here in England last week! It's definitely an adjustment to drive on the left side! But! I can say with confidence that I have seen the Lord's hand in my life everyday... cause there's no way I would still be alive without Him...haha! People here drive crazy! I still don't understand, but I'll get there!!! Sunday: EASTER! - I loved spending Easter as a missionary! Just having my whole life focused on Jesus Christ made it so amazing! I got to sing a musical number with Elder Little and Elder Jaccod while Sister Jorgensen played the piano and Elder Hansen played the cello! It was awesome! All the cute British grandmas were crying haha! - I got to reflect a lot on why I believe in Christ. YAY! I'M NOT A FAILURE!

Hey everyone! Guess what! I get to stay in the blessed land of Swindon for at least another 6 weeks! Woot woot! Tuesday: GOD & SCIENCE - We got to teach Jemima again and help her prep for her baptism! (Never had a baptism before... please send advice haha!) - We taught her about the Word of Wisdom and the Law of Chastity with an amazing member, Emma! The lesson was so cool! When we were teaching Jemima everything, she was so on board! Jemima studied Biology and was telling us how all the principles about the WoW and the LoC was backed by science! And Emma also studied science and mental health so Jemima and Emma were just bouncing off of one another! It was so cool! Wednesday: PRIESTHOOD POWER - I had my theory (written) test for my UK drivers license this week and I was beyond nervous. This would be my 3rd time taking it (yes, I know 3rd time) and I really need to pass it. I had studied so hard and prayed for the last 2 times but failed by 1 question. Test taking has never been ...
